Built in 2022, DEFY Spaces Event Venue is a stylish and versatile 2,640 sq. ft. warehouse venue located in the beautiful northern region of Fort Worth, TX, at 13033 Harmon Rd, 76247. This modern and flexible venue is perfect for events up to 100 guests and is conveniently located near the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, close to major attractions such as the Alliance Town Center, Texas Motor Speedway, and HWY 114.

Facilities: A restroom, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave.

Additional Amenities: Complimentary water, coffee, and tea, USB charging stations, plug-and-play sound system (2/2 speakers), and two TVs (55" and 75").

Garage Access: A 14-ft tall garage makes it ideal for caterers, production crews, and trainers.

Events: Suitable for creative production, workshops, private events, or corporate gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 100 guests.

Your rental includes access to the space and a variety of amenities that enhance your event including Complimentary water, coffee, and tea, USB charging stations, Plug-and-play sound system, Full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave in the kitchenette and Two TVs for streaming or device connectivity

Free On-Site Parking: Available directly in front of the venue.

Overflow Lot: Additional parking is located at the west end of the structure.

Overtime: Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate. The space must be vacated at the booking end time to avoid additional charges.

Cleaning/Damages: Guests should leave the venue as they found it. Damages will be charged to the credit card on file. Supplies are provided for cleanup.

Furniture: Tables, chairs, and decor should be returned to their original locations.

Miscellaneous: No smoking, loitering, littering, or outside alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Keyless Entry: Access the building via lockbox with the code provided in your event information.

Cleaning: Follow the provided guidelines to ensure the venue is left in excellent condition.

Refunds/Cancellations/Rescheduling: No refunds are given for unused hours. Rescheduling requires a new contract and may be subject to price increases.

Client Responsibility: Provider is not obliged to refund for no-shows or cancellations. Further details are available in the Event Venue Contract.

To ensure the health and safety of our guests, Defy Spaces adheres to rigorous cleaning protocols, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing before each event. We also provide hand washing and sanitizing stations to promote a safe environment. We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
